Navigation#

Site settings#
Configure the site name, logo, theme, custom head tags, footer, and routing rules in the site configuration. Use the light wordmark on light surfaces and the dark wordmark on dark surfaces.
Themes and domains#
Use themes and CSS variables to align the documentation with your product. Publish on an apidocumentation.com subdomain or connect a custom domain with a CNAME record.
Versions and redirects#
Publish multiple documentation versions with the versions key. Add redirects when routes move so old links continue to resolve.
AI surfaces#
Scalar Docs publishes llms.txt and llms-full.txt for AI clients. Ask AI answers from the documentation content, and the Docs MCP is served at the documentation site's /mcp path.
